Director of Children’s Ministry (Grades Kindergarten – 5th Grade)

Tell us about yourself.

Family:

I grew up as one of nine siblings in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I am happily married to an amazing man of GOD. We love long walks on the beach and serving together. We are joyfully awaiting the day God delivers us a child (or 2 or 4 or 6, 10 might be nice)!

Background:

I have been volunteering in children’s ministry since about 1995; I started teaching Sunday school around 2000.

I have a degree’s in Paralegal studies & Criminal Justice.

Hobbies:

• I enjoy listing to the bible on my I-pod
• Spending quality time with my family
• Taking long walks with my husband
• Sailing, Snowboarding, Surfing, and Biking on the board walk

How did you come to know Christ?

My first introduction to Christ was in the 1st grade. When I got hurt, a friend prayed over me and said that I could pray to GOD any time I wanted. So I did! When I was in Jr. High, I accepted the Lord in my heart, as my personal savior.

Do you have a life verse?

A couple of my “Life verses” may be:

1. This is the day the lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.
